Spent a very long time -- the entire day, in fact, working on stuff for the site. Shocking, I know. "And what rough beast, its hour come round at last / Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?"
Our focus was on finishing up our coverage for Sakura-Con. Jason did a bang-up job photographing the bands, and we worked together on an article about the con's musical program. We also did a little templating work, reminisced about great anime that we haven't seen, procrastinated, drank lightly, criticized the programming work we did in years past, and in general hung out. Fun, if strenuous. Apparently the rest of the staff have conspired to plot monthly editing meetings, which I'm going to have to consider a good thing.
Anyway, Jason tells me that he's hoping to have the photos and article up Sunday night, but no one's holding him to it. (Least of all me.) Look forward to it!
