Closing Ceremonies mark the official end of Anime Expo 2003. After the last anime is shown in the video rooms, after the last plushie is sold in the dealer's hall, after the last song is sung at karaoke, and after the last auction piece is sold, the fans gather for one last chance to say goodbye to the Guests of Honor.
