ah. . . fanime. the otaku land of opportunity. where a person can go from being a nobody to being steve.

i don't really know too much about this con. all i really know is what chris and jeff have said, and you know they lie a lot. somehow, though, i've been talked into driving to san jose in my beat-up oldsmobile, (which definitely isn't the car it was ten years ago) on perhaps five hours of sleep, with no money, relying on the kindness of strangers at a con i've never been to, where i know two people on staff, one of whom probably doesn't remember me.

it'll be fun.

i'll work on my cosplay article, watch a lot of anime, play ddr and devil dice, maybe volunteer. . . (45 dollars? are you mad?) i can get a real feel for the con. . . yeah. i'm happy to be going.
